The service plans include free software updates, extended hardware warranty, free repairs, personal technical support, and more.

HARDWARE MAINTENANCE PLAN

Subscribing to our hardware service ensures that you get replacement parts in the event of hardware failure. Furthermore, it grants you first-in-line priority and free repair of any defective component. Phone and email support from product specialists is included as well as remote maintenance directly on your Laptop/PC via TeamViewer. 

SOFTWARE & SUPPORT PLAN

Subscribing to our software support plan gives you free access to software updates of our latest SAM developments, including SAM PuttLab, 3D-Putt, Video, SAM BallTracker and SAM Projection (update range depends on your product edition). Phone and email support is included as well as remote support directly on your Laptop/PC.

  • Spontaneous phone and email support from technical/software specialists in case of any software problems regarding SAM PuttStudio

  • Swapping out of hardware (max. 2x p.a.; guaranteed dispatch 24 hours after we’ve received the submission confirmation)
  • 50 % discount on software updates
  • Answering customer questions (within 24 h) via email, phone, remote maintenance/ diagnosis

Pricing:

  • Discount price for 2-year support: 795 $* = 397,50 $* per year
  • Standard price for 2-year support: 995 $

SAM PuttLab silver support

Benefits of silver support:

  • Acts as an extended factory warranty
  • Covers support for hardware, including free repair (without delivery of a replacement device; repair time 2-3 weeks after the arrival of the equipment)
  • Answering customer questions (within 24 h) via email, phone, remote maintenance/ diagnosis

Pricing:

  • Discount price for 2-year support: 445 $* = 222,50 $* per year
  • Standard price for 2-year support: 595 $

*Discount prices are only available in combination with the purchase of a new PuttLab or if you want to extend an existing support agreement. Otherwise you have to pay the standard price.
